Construction structure – SIP system 17.4 cm

The Qtm Four model is an efficient and well-partitioned modular house, built on the basis of SIP (Structural Insulated Panels) technology. The panels have a total thickness of 17.4 cm, consisting of two OSB boards and a central layer of EPS80 polystyrene with a thickness of 15 cm, providing excellent thermal insulation and a rigid structure.

The structure is supported by dried and certified wood beams for construction, treated with special solutions to ensure protection against fire, mold, fungi, and biological pests. The assembly is done with special screws and polyurethane adhesive foam, ensuring durable fastening and quick installation.

Standard dimensions of SIP panels used:
• Length: 2500–2800 mm ±3 mm
• Width: 650–1250 mm ±3 mm
• Thickness: 174 mm ±2 mm

Roof – thermal continuity and durability over time

The roof is constructed from SIP panels identical to those of the walls, integrating a hidden wooden structure. The system is fully equipped with:

• Anti-condensation foil

• Mounting battens

• Covering made of Retro Panel type sheet metal, anthracite gray color, with all accessories included

PVC joinery – efficiency and protection

• Access door made of PVC with double-glazed window, 5-chamber profile, with durable aluminum threshold

• Windows PVC, 5-chamber profile, equipped with double-glazed window, for enhanced thermal and acoustic comfort

Exterior finishes – durability and modern design

The Qtm Four model benefits from quality exterior finishes, adapted for durability over time and aesthetics:

• Roof made of Retro Panel type sheet metal – anthracite gray

• Facade clad with treated wooden paneling, with the possibility of combining with sheet metal for a contemporary design

Delivery, design, and installation

The house is delivered with a complete architectural project, and the installation is carried out at the beneficiary’s address by a specialized team, anywhere in Romania. Each stage is managed with care to guarantee the quality and efficiency of the construction.

Depending on the complexity of your project, the prices of modules or modular houses that use a wooden structure with SIP insulated panels, lightweight metal structure, or heavy metal container structure may vary. To determine the final price of the desired model, it is necessary to establish the exact dimensions and usage criteria.

The presented model – Qtm Four – has a built area of 69.89 sqm and is available on both lightweight metal structure and wooden structure with SIP panels.
