This new model of modular home can be easily constructed using several types of structures: wood structure, thermally insulated SIP panels, heavy metal container-type structure, and last but not least, light metal structure. All these types of structures will allow the execution and installation of any chosen module to be possible in a very short time if one opts for any of these construction systems, but it should also be mentioned that any chosen option can also be built on a conventional load-bearing structure, using reinforced concrete frames and beams with insulated brick wall closures. The proposed Qtm Tiny model has a total built area of 30.66 sqm, an efficient layout, and a modern design, featuring spaces that can be maximized for comfort and can easily accommodate any necessary interior modifications, can be customized according to your requirements, and because it uses a wood structure with SIP panels, the rapid execution of the pieces that make up the modules structure and their installation can be done in just a few hours at your location. The Qtm Tiny house benefits from an intelligent layout, with large, well-lit rooms and consists of a modern open-space living area, a bedroom, an access hallway, and a sanitary group. Qtm Tiny can be used in every season, at the sea or in the mountains, as the efficient insulation of the walls allows for a constant indoor temperature to be maintained throughout the year, with minimal expenses. It is a modular house that you can place on the land you own in any area of the country, based on a simplified building permit (according to Art.3 para.1 lit.g of Law 50/1991). All the components of the house are perfectly straight, which ultimately leads to very easy and inexpensive execution of the interior finishes.
