Construction structure – SIP system 17.4 cm

The model Qtm Six Plus is a modular house with a balanced design and efficient compartmentalization, built on the basis of SIP (Structural Insulated Panels) technology. The panels used have a total thickness of 17.4 cm, consisting of two OSB boards and a 15 cm thick thermal insulation layer made of EPS80 polystyrene, ideal for a stable climate and high energy efficiency.

The basic structure is composed of certified wood beams for construction, treated against fire, mold, fungi, and biological pests. Assembly is done with special screws and polyurethane adhesive foam, providing rigidity, safety, and tightness in operation.

Standard dimensions of used SIP panels:
• Length: 2500–2800 mm ±3 mm
• Width: 650–1250 mm ±3 mm
• Thickness: 174 mm ±2 mm

Roof – thermal continuity and effective protection

The roof is entirely made of SIP panels, maintaining uniform insulation. The load-bearing structure is hidden in the panels and the complete system includes:

• Anti-condensation foil

• Mounting battens

• Covering made of Retro Panel type sheet metal, anthracite gray color, with all necessary accessories

PVC joinery – efficiency and safety

• Access door made of PVC with double-glazed window, 5-chamber profile, with aluminum threshold

• Windows PVC, 5-chamber profile, with high-performance double-glazed window, for superior sound and thermal insulation

Exterior finishes – balance between aesthetics and durability

The Qtm Six Plus model features a facade designed for resistance and visual impact:

• Roof made of Retro Panel type sheet metal – anthracite gray

• Facade clad with treated pine paneling, with the possibility of combining with sheet metal for a modern and elegant look
