Technical details – Agnes Residence – Metrou Berceni
- The PVC joinery used in the project will be Salamander Tripan, with 6 chambers, anthracite gray exterior and white interior, equipped with low-E glass for all four seasons.
- The spacious terrace-type balconies of the buildings are made of masonry, while the staircase railings inside will be made of stainless steel.
- The buildings will be equipped with Schindler elevators for 6 people, descending down to the basement level.
- All utilities will be individually metered (water, gas, electricity).
- Each apartment will include:
- Individual condensing central heating unit (24 kW)
- State-of-the-art heating, plumbing, and electrical installations
- The exterior walls of the buildings will be made of Porotherm brick (30 cm), and the walls between apartments will also be made of 30 cm Porotherm brick.
- The exterior insulation will use 10 cm EPS 80 expanded polystyrene.
- The interior partitions will be made of 11.5 cm Porotherm ceramic blocks, plastered on both sides, ensuring a total wall thickness of 15 cm, which provides excellent sound insulation.
