The residential project Aimee Residence Brancoveanu is located in the southern part of Bucharest, specifically in the newly developed residential area of recent years, near the intersection of Bulevardul Brancoveanu and Luica Street, very close to the major shopping centers in this area.
The land on which the project is built has an area of 4,300 sqm and, due to its excellent location, benefits from multiple access routes to the project, both from Luica Street and Drumul Binelui Street, as well as from Bulevardul Metalurgiei.
