The residential project Aimee Residence Brancoveanu is located in the southern part of Bucharest, specifically in the newly developed residential area of recent years, near the intersection of Bulevardul Brancoveanu and Luica Street, very close to the major shopping centers in this area.

The land on which the project is built has an area of 4,300 sqm and, due to its excellent location, benefits from multiple access routes to the project, both from Luica Street and Drumul Binelui Street, as well as from Bulevardul Metalurgiei.

Aimee Residence consists of 3 mixed-use residential buildings with a height regime of Ground Floor + 4 Floors + 5th and 6th Recessed Floors, meaning that both comfort and privacy — ensured by the low height and well-placed building layout — are key advantages of this real estate development.

The project offers a total of 54 covered parking spaces and 54 outdoor parking spaces for residents and visitors. These units will be clearly marked and properly arranged. Parking spaces can be purchased at the price of 3,500 EUR + 19% VAT for an outdoor space and 7,000 EUR (19% VAT included) for a covered space.

The completion deadline set by the developers for the entire investment is the end of 2024, with the exception of the building already under construction, which is scheduled for completion in June 2023, when the handover to the new owners will take place.
