The new Apollo Residence Berceni Leonida project maintains the same intelligent design, complexity, and functionality that have defined previous developments created by the team behind this brand.

The buildings within Apollo Residence Berceni Leonida are finished with high-quality materials provided by top companies in the field. Each apartment is individually metered and equipped with: individual heating system and radiators, premium interior doors, anti-burglary entrance door, PVC joinery with double-glazed windows (imported from Germany), imported ceramic tiles and parquet (Spain), modern Cersanit sanitary ware, video intercom, silent elevator, and air conditioning.

The structures meet the most rigorous construction standards and are built with high-strength reinforced concrete frames and beams. For both interior and exterior walls, the developers use Ytong bricks and 10 cm thermal insulation with decorative plaster finish. PVC joinery is provided by Salamander with 5-chamber profiles, four-season and Low-E glass, and interior and exterior sills from the same manufacturer.

The interior finishing and equipping of the buildings are provided by some of Romania’s leading companies:
OxyGo Romania supplies all materials for the interior finishes of apartments and common areas such as entrances and staircases.
Romstal Instalatii handles internal plumbing, sanitary equipment, and external systems (pumping groups, tanks, and hydrants).
Schindler provides next-generation elevators for the buildings.
Immergas supplies condensing gas boilers for each apartment.
