The developers of the Brown Residence concept have launched a large-scale investment in the Brancoveanu–Postalionului area of Bucharest, Sector 4, where construction has already begun on the new project called Brown Residence Brancoveanu.

About Sector 4

In recent years, Sector 4 of Bucharest has experienced a genuine urban revival — driven both by buyer interest in new housing in the area and by significant public investment from the Sector 4 City Hall in modernizing access roads, residential parking spaces, parks, and recreation areas.

The approval of the new Zonal Urban Plan (PUZ) for the southern area of Sector 4 represents a major administrative and urban achievement. It ensures coherent development, making the southern part of Sector 4 even more attractive for Bucharest residents and newcomers following Romania’s urbanization trend. It is estimated that over 50,000 new residents will find homes in this area, alongside the 322,856 inhabitants already living here (according to data from the National Institute of Statistics, June 2018).

Sector 4 offers excellent proximity to educational institutions, shopping centers, parks, healthcare facilities, gyms, public institutions, and other points of interest. Important modernization and rehabilitation works are also underway, including:
