Structural Integrity According to the Latest EU Standards

The system was designed to meet the new requirements of the seismic code issued in 2013. The foundation will be built using continuous reinforced concrete footings of superior quality.

The exterior walls will be made of 25 cm Elpreco BCA ceramic blocks, insulated with 10 cm expanded polystyrene on all conventional façade areas.

The interior partitions will be built entirely from ELPRECO BCA blocks, plastered on both sides to achieve a total wall thickness of 17 cm, thus ensuring adequate sound insulation between rooms within the same apartment.

The second phase of the residential project maintains the same quality facilities and services offered to residents since the first phase, namely: a children’s playground built according to European standards, relaxation areas, landscaped green spaces with decorative vegetation, a large number of ornamental trees, illuminated walkways at night, wide access roads, sidewalks, asphalted streets, and clearly marked parking spaces.

• The quality of finishing and design, both for the buildings and the common areas, is significantly improved, evolving from a very good level to excellent;
• The new apartments come with separately delimited and arranged parking spaces, available for sale at the following prices: €6,000 + VAT for above-ground parking, €9,000 + VAT for covered parking on the ground floor (garage type), and €8,000 + VAT for Klaus-type covered parking, available to each resident who wishes to purchase an individual parking space;
