Excellent location:
The residential complex enjoys an excellent position, located at the entrance to Berceni Commune, on Padurea Craiului Street, very close to Bucharest’s Ring Road.

Modernization of Berceni Road:
As you may already know, Berceni Road was modernized in 2019, being widened from two to four lanes. Two large Park & Ride parking areas were also added near the Dimitrie Leonida and IMGB metro stations. The road now features roundabouts and intelligent traffic lights, enabling fast traffic flow without queues between Sector 4 of Bucharest and Berceni Commune.

Berceni Ring Metro Station:
The good news doesn’t stop there — we should also mention the new metro station proposed by the local public authority of Sector 4 and approved by the Romanian Government as a public project of national interest, which will extend the existing metro line up to the Ring Road, reaching the entrance to Berceni Commune in 2021.

Berceni Overpass:
It is also worth mentioning that CNAIR has started work on the overpass above the Capital’s Ring Road, which will make the connection between these areas even faster, providing extremely easy access to Berceni Commune.

High-quality construction system:
The high-quality construction system guarantees that you have made the right choice, being designed and optimized so that the final product — your new home — is perfect both in terms of proportion and volume, as well as in the comfort provided by durable, high-quality materials carefully selected and tested.

The construction system used in this project includes foundations, frames, pillars, floor slabs, and reinforced concrete beams. Exterior and interior walls are built with 25 cm Porotherm brick for the exterior and 11.5 cm for the interior, insulated with a 10 cm Avatherm thermal system from OxyGo Romania.

Each housing unit has individual utility connections (natural gas and electricity). Running water is supplied by a general deep-water pumping system through drilled wells, and each unit is equipped with its own ecological septic tank.

Yards and access paths will be separated by fences and paved with heavy-duty tiles, while all green areas will be grassed upon completion of the works.
