The new residential area created near the Dimitrie Leonida metro station on Soseaua Berceni continues to grow with new large-scale real estate projects. The superior quality of the construction is ensured by the structure built on reinforced concrete frames with a general foundation, capable of withstanding an earthquake of up to 8.5 on the Richter scale.

Interior partitions are made entirely of brick, later plastered (not drywall), and each apartment is equipped with its own 24 kW condensing gas boiler and individually metered utilities: electricity, water, and gas.
