Solid structural design and safety

All four buildings in Galaxy Park Residence will be constructed with a mixed structure of reinforced concrete diaphragms, slabs, and beams. Despite their height regime of B+GF+11F, they are designed to withstand earthquakes and other hazards, strictly complying with the seismic regulations issued in 2013.

The technical details that define all four buildings are as follows:

  • Foundation built with a complex general raft made of high-grade reinforced concrete;
  • Exterior walls constructed with 25 cm thick BCA Soceram brick, and walls between apartments made of 30 cm thick BCA Soceram brick;
  • Thermal insulation using 10 cm expanded polystyrene on all conventional façade areas;
  • Ventilated façades, built with a complex system including basalt mineral wool, membranes, and cladding with aluminum composite panels (bond) and fiber cement;
  • Interior partitions made with 10 cm BCA Soceram blocks, plastered on both sides. The total wall thickness of 15 cm ensures excellent sound insulation inside the apartments.
