After making history in the southern area of the Capital and understanding the needs of both clients and real estate developers in Bucharest, we decided to expand our activity to the eastern part of the city, where we are starting a new chapter with the most anticipated residential project in this area — Optima Residence Pallady, positioned in an excellent and continuously developing location. Construction work began in February 2020. The project includes ground-floor apartments with gardens, as well as 2- and 3-room units, all fully detached, with closed kitchens and usable areas between 58 and 89 sqm.

Each apartment is equipped with its own Ferrolli gas boiler and premium finishes, chosen by the buyer — including tiles, flooring, and interior doors — while each bathroom is fully equipped with high-quality sanitary ware.

The complex includes outdoor parking spaces available for €6,667 + VAT, and two types of underground parking spaces, priced between €8,095 + VAT and €10,000 + VAT.

The project is connected to all city utilities — gas, electricity, running water, and sewage — supplied by Bucharest’s main providers: Distrigaz/Engie, Enel, and Apa Nova. It benefits from complete infrastructure, including asphalted and illuminated access roads, with easy access to all major nearby facilities such as schools, kindergartens, hospitals, parks, markets, and shopping centers. All apartments are delivered individually metered.
