After making history in the southern area of the Capital and understanding the needs of both clients and real estate developers in Bucharest, we decided to expand our activity to the eastern part of the city, where we are starting a new chapter with the most anticipated residential project in this area — Optima Residence Pallady, positioned in an excellent and continuously developing location. The project that brings us to Sector 3 of Bucharest officially launched in December 2019. Construction work began in February 2020. The project consists of three buildings with a height regime of Basement + Ground Floor + 6 Floors, built above a continuous underground level designed to provide as many underground parking spaces as possible for future residents, while maintaining the highest construction quality.

Each building is equipped with two elevators, and each floor includes seven apartments with 2 and 3 rooms.

The exterior walls and partitions between apartments are made of 25 cm Porotherm brick, with a 10 cm exterior insulation system applied on top.

Inside, the interior walls are made of YTONG blocks, providing excellent sound and thermal insulation, finished with mechanized plaster and high-quality smoothing compounds from trusted brands.

The project includes ground-floor apartments with gardens, as well as 2- and 3-room units, all fully detached, with closed kitchens and usable areas between 58 and 89 sqm.

Each apartment is equipped with its own Ferrolli gas boiler and premium finishes, chosen by the buyer — including tiles, flooring, and interior doors — while each bathroom is fully equipped with high-quality sanitary ware.

The complex includes outdoor parking spaces available for €6,667 + VAT, and two types of underground parking spaces, priced between €8,095 + VAT and €10,000 + VAT.

The project is connected to all city utilities — gas, electricity, running water, and sewage — supplied by Bucharest’s main providers: Distrigaz/Engie, Enel, and Apa Nova. It benefits from complete infrastructure, including asphalted and illuminated access roads, with easy access to all major nearby facilities such as schools, kindergartens, hospitals, parks, markets, and shopping centers. All apartments are delivered individually metered.
