The buildings within the project benefit from special attention from the architectural team, who decided to use a modern system of partially ventilated facades, through the use of Alucobond exterior panels. The PVC joinery used will be Salamander type, with 5 chambers, anthracite gray exterior and white interior, fitted with Low-E four-season glass.

The large terrace-type balconies will feature laminated smoked safety glass railings, while those inside the stairwells will be entirely stainless steel.

The materials chosen by the project’s interior design department for finishing and equipping the buildings are from the most renowned and established European brands, which can be found in the showrooms of OxyGo Romania Building Industry.
