The company that develops and manages the Primera Residence real estate brand began construction works on the new residential project at the end of 2023.
Thus, with the start of construction for this new real estate project, the residential units and their corresponding parking spaces have already been made available for sale.
According to the developers of this brand, the new project will largely maintain the same excellent layouts found in previous Primera projects, along with the high-quality interior finishes, attention to detail throughout the entire complex, and the overall functionality and comfort that have defined the brand so far.

Primera Park Residence
The buildings of Primera Park Residence will have a height regime of Ground Floor + 9 Floors (GF+9F), with approximately 66 diverse residential units, accompanied by parking spaces and complementary facilities required for the residential project.
The buildings will be constructed with a mixed structure of reinforced concrete diaphragms, slabs, and beams — a solid and durable structure designed to withstand all environmental factors.
Although they will have a height regime of GF+9F, the buildings will be earthquake-resistant, fully compliant with the seismic regulations issued in 2013.
Technical details defining the Primera Residence buildings:
- Foundation built with a general raft slab, made of high-grade reinforced concrete
- External walls and walls between apartments made of Ytong BCA bricks (25 cm thick)
- Thermal insulation with 10 cm expanded polystyrene on all conventional façade areas
- Interior partitions made of 11.5 cm Ytong BCA blocks, plastered on both sides, ensuring a total wall thickness of 15 cm and excellent sound insulation inside the apartments
Every detail is designed for comfort.
From the structural frame to wall closures, installations, and finishes, all components are carefully designed to ensure high living standards.
Both external and internal walls are made of Ytong BCA bricks, known for their soundproofing properties.
Each building will have its own central heating plant, located on the ground floor, while the residential units will feature modern heating and domestic hot water control systems called MTH (Thermo-Hydraulic Modules).
MTH systems are easy-to-use, high-efficiency devices that provide instant domestic hot water near the point of use, eliminating the need for large storage tanks and complex recirculation circuits.

Each apartment will benefit from:
- Underfloor heating
- PVC joinery with triple-glazed windows and exterior window sills
- Finishes supplied by OxyGo Romania Building Industry, chosen according to each client’s preferences — from premium to ultra-luxury ranges
- Full design department assistance within the project for interior planning and aesthetic guidance

Access to the Aparatorii Patriei Metro Station is now much faster and can be reached within just a few minutes.
