Studio Plus Residence – Metalurgiei Park Faza 2

The engineers and designers of Studio Plus Residence have integrated into the new residential project all the essential elements needed for a happy community, including: generous and modernly landscaped green spaces, children’s playgrounds, illuminated access alleys, secured access to the complex, parking spaces for residents and visitors, dual access to two main roads, and, last but not least, large terrace-type balconies enclosed with safety glass, available in all apartments.

The buildings will comply with the highest standards required for new constructions and will be built with reinforced concrete frames and beams of superior class. For interior and exterior walls, the developers remain faithful to Porotherm brick and use high-quality insulation (10 cm polystyrene), finished with decorative plaster. The PVC joinery is Salamander profile with 5 chambers, four-season glass with low-E coating, and matching exterior sills from the same manufacturer.

The interior finishing and equipment of the buildings are ensured by leading Romanian companies in the field:

• Romstal Instalatii – manages internal installations and sanitary equipment, as well as external pumping groups, tanks, and hydrants
• Schindler – provides state-of-the-art elevators for the buildings
• Immergas – supplies condensing heating systems for individual apartments

Within the project, there is also an interior design department available for those interested in purchasing a home in Studio Plus Residence, offered directly by the project’s developers.
