Buildings C2 and C3, currently under construction as part of the project’s second phase, have obtained the Romania Green Building Council Green Homes pre-certification, with the developer committing to continue implementing sustainability measures and completing the project in accordance with the requirements necessary to obtain the final certification.

Photovoltaic installations
The project includes a rooftop photovoltaic system, unique in Romania. Each 2- and 3-room apartment will benefit from its own photovoltaic panels, directly connected to the electrical panel, reducing individual consumption and turning homeowners into prosumers.
Installed power:
- 2, 3, or 4-room apartments: 900 Wp, annual production ~1100 kWh.
Each home will have a heat recovery ventilation system, ensuring fresh air with minimal energy loss.
The panels used are state-of-the-art, offering 10–15% higher efficiency than traditional ones thanks to technology that increases yield through enhanced light absorption.
To reduce the “urban heat island” effect, the terraces will be covered with reflective materials, contributing to overall energy efficiency alongside the photovoltaic panels.
The residential complex will also include green spaces with resilient, low-maintenance plants, providing a pleasant environment at minimal cost.
Advanced technology for comfort and safety
At Vienna Parkside Residence, quality and innovation are fundamental. The project integrates the Egcobox technology — a thermal break system developed by Max Frank — which significantly contributes to the buildings’ energy efficiency and structural safety. This system minimizes heat loss, provides superior thermal insulation, and allows the implementation of modern architectural elements such as cantilevered balconies without compromising structural integrity. In addition, Egcobox reduces sound transmission, enhancing the acoustic comfort of the homes and reinforcing our commitment to delivering sustainable, premium residences.
The complex is also equipped with ALA shelters (Local Air Defense shelters), built according to national standards, offering an additional level of safety and protection for residents in emergency situations.
High-performance joinery
For superior performance, comfort, safety, and technical efficiency, we chose Salamander joinery for our project. These window systems are designed to ensure optimal thermal and sound insulation, increased durability, and a modern design. In compliance with nZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building) standards, the thermal transfer coefficient must not exceed Uw ≤ 1.1 W/m²K. The selected joinery has a significantly better coefficient: Uw = 0.84 W/m²K.
The joinery is equipped with MACO Multi-Matic Austria hardware. Manufactured entirely in Austria at the Trieben and Salzburg factories, this hardware offers superior anti-burglary protection, a misoperation prevention system, and is guaranteed by the manufacturer for 20,000 opening-closing cycles.
VIESSMANN heating systems
Heating for the apartments will be provided by a central heating unit for each staircase, located on the technical floor. The boilers used are VIESSMANN Vitodens models with MatriX burners.
This advanced heating technology offers high efficiency (normalized useful efficiency up to 98% (Hs)) and low emissions compared to conventional systems. Viessmann boilers with MatriX technology comply with strict environmental standards, making VIESSMANN the ideal choice.

Nitrogen oxides (NOx) are gases that contribute to acid rain and smog formation, negatively affecting human health and ecosystems. Moreover, compliance with new European regulations on pollutant emissions is essential for safety and operational reliability.
