You can also give a rating to any department you have interacted with, or will interact with, during the real estate transaction you are involved in.
In the hope of future collaboration, we would first like to thank you for the time you have dedicated. This form is intended to help improve our services, and we assure you that we will carefully take into account your observations and suggestions.
We remind you that Sudrezidential.ro acts as an intermediary, with exclusive representation in relation to the real estate project/developer, and that all our services are offered to you free of charge if you have purchased or will purchase a new home in one of the residential projects promoted by us.
Even though Sudrezidential.ro does not charge any commission for the purchase of new homes, please note that acquiring a property involves several payments that must be made at specific stages, such as: notarial fees, registration fees, bank commissions in the case of purchase through a bank loan, and other possible additional costs related to the finishes and features of the new home, if these exceed the finishing budget proposed by the real estate developer.
