Qtm One modular house – a minimalist and efficient solution on SIP structure

Construction structure – SIP system 17.4 cm

The Qtm One model is a compact and economical modular house, ideal for small spaces, personal projects, or occasional commercial uses. It is built on the basis of the SIP (Structural Insulated Panels) system, with a total thickness of 17.4 cm, consisting of two OSB boards and a thermal insulation layer of EPS80 polystyrene with a thickness of 15 cm.

The base structure is made of dry wood, certified for construction, professionally treated against fire, mold, fungi, and pests. The SIP panels are assembled with special screws and polyurethane adhesive foam, providing a high degree of rigidity, tightness, and durability.

Standard dimensions of SIP panels used:
• Length: 2500–2800 mm ±3 mm
• Width: 650–1250 mm ±3 mm
• Thickness: 174 mm ±2 mm

Roof – structural continuity and effective protection

The roof is also made of 17.4 cm SIP panels, maintaining thermal continuity and structural stability. It includes:

• Anti-condensation foil

• Mounting battens

• Retro Panel type sheet metal, anthracite gray color, with all necessary accessories

PVC joinery – simple and efficient

• Access door made of PVC with double-glazed window, 5-chamber profile, with aluminum threshold

• Windows made of PVC Trocal, 5-chamber profile, with high-performance double-glazed window, for thermal and acoustic comfort

Exterior finishes – simple appearance, durable materials

Qtm One comes with quality exterior finishes, adapted to the compact format:

• Roof made of Retro Panel sheet metal – anthracite gray color

• Facade clad with treated wood paneling, with the possibility of combinations of sheet metal + paneling, for an extra touch of personality

Delivery, design, and installation

The house is delivered with a complete architectural plan and is installed at the beneficiary’s address, throughout Romania. The installation is carried out by a specialized team with experience in SIP systems, ensuring precision and quality.

Depending on the complexity of your project, the prices of modules or modular houses that use a wooden structure with SIP insulated panels, light metal structure, or heavy metal container structure may vary. To obtain the final price of the desired model, it is necessary to establish the exact dimensions and usage criteria.

The presented model – Qtm One – has a built area of 53.18 sqm and is available both on a light metal structure and on a wooden structure with SIP panels.
