Construction structure – SIP system 17.4 cm

The Qtm Five model is a compact and efficient modular house, built on the basis of the SIP (Structural Insulated Panels) system, which ensures superior thermal insulation performance and mechanical strength. The panels used have a total thickness of 17.4 cm, consisting of two OSB boards and a central thermal insulation layer made of 15 cm EPS80 polystyrene.

The load-bearing structure is made of certified and treated wood, protected against fire, mold, fungi, and harmful insects. Assembly is done with special screws and polyurethane foam, providing a rigid, efficient, and durable construction.

Standard dimensions of the used SIP panels:
• Length: 2500–2800 mm ±3 mm
• Width: 650–1250 mm ±3 mm
• Thickness: 174 mm ±2 mm

Roof – optimal protection and integrated design

The roof of the Qtm Five model is also made of 17.4 cm SIP panels, with a hidden wooden structure, ensuring insulation continuity and a modern appearance. The roof is fully equipped with:

• Anti-condensation foil

• Mounting battens

• Retro Panel type sheet, anthracite gray color, with all accessories included

PVC joinery – efficiency and durability

• Access door made of PVC with double-glazed window, 5-chamber profile, with aluminum threshold

• Windows PVC Trocal, 5-chamber profile, with energy-efficient double-glazed window

Exterior finishes – modern combinations and quality materials

The exterior of the Qtm Five model combines functionality with a pleasant design:

• Roof made of Retro Panel sheet – anthracite gray finish

• Facade clad with treated paneling, and certain areas may include combinations of sheet + paneling, for a pleasant aesthetic effect

Delivery, design, and installation

The dwelling is delivered with a complete architectural project and is installed directly at the client’s location, within Romania. The installation is carried out by a specialized team, adhering to all quality and safety standards in execution.

Depending on the complexity of your project, the prices of modules or modular houses that use a wooden structure with SIP panels, lightweight metal structure, or heavy metal container structure may vary. To establish the final price of the desired model, it is necessary to define the dimensions and usage criteria accurately.

The presented model – Qtm Five – has a built area of 41.69 sqm and can be executed on both lightweight metal structure and wooden structure with insulated SIP panels.

Option 1 – Lightweight metal structure (galvanized steel):
Price: 6,990 Euro + VAT
Includes:
• Design of the metal structure
• Production and pre-assembly in the factory
• Complete galvanized steel frame
• Assembly at the beneficiary’s address (within Romania)

Option 2 – Wooden structure with Basic SIP panels
Price: 21,400 Euro + VAT
Includes:
• Wooden beams for the load-bearing structure
• Insulated SIP panels 174 mm (exterior walls + roof)
• Insulated SIP panels 124 mm (interior walls)
• Complete assembly accessories
• Assembly at the beneficiary’s address (within Romania)
