We present the model Qtm Deluxe, a modular house on wheels, built in a factory-controlled environment, with a solid structure, complete insulation, and all the necessary installations for immediate use. It is the ideal solution for seasonal living, mobile office spaces, accommodation units, or a minimalist lifestyle, focusing on mobility and efficiency.

Since we launched the Qtm Deluxe model, we present an overview of the range of available mobile homes, along with their corresponding prices and dimensions:

• Qtm GLAM – built area 20 sqm (2.5 m x 8 m) – €13,300 + VAT

• Qtm DELUXE – built area 24 sqm (3 m x 8 m) – €15,800 + VAT

• Qtm FAMILY – built area 24 sqm (3 m x 8 m) – €16,400 + VAT

• Qtm WINTER – built area 24 sqm (3 m x 8 m) – €17,200 + VAT

The price of the Qtm Deluxe model presented above is €15,800 + VAT, and represents the cost for the mobile home in the unfurnished version, without additional accessories.
