Construction structure – SIP system 17.4 cm

The Qtm Original model is a modular home designed to provide an optimal balance between usable area, costs, and energy efficiency. It is built on the SIP (Structural Insulated Panels) system, using panels with a total thickness of 17.4 cm, composed of two OSB boards and a thermal insulation layer of EPS80 polystyrene with a thickness of 15 cm.

The load-bearing structure is made of certified construction wood beams, treated with special solutions to ensure protection against fire, mold, fungi, and biological pests. Assembly is done with special screws and polyurethane foam, ensuring tightness and long-term durability.

Standard dimensions of used SIP panels:
• Length: 2500–2800 mm ±3 mm
• Width: 650–1250 mm ±3 mm
• Thickness: 174 mm ±2 mm

Roof – continuous protection, high-performance insulation

The roof is also made of 17.4 cm SIP panels, with a hidden wooden structure, for a uniform design and increased efficiency. The solution includes:

• Anti-condensation foil

• Mounting battens

• Covering made of Retro Panel sheet, anthracite gray color, with all necessary installation accessories

PVC Joinery – comfort and reliability

• Access door made of PVC with double-glazed window, 5-chamber profile, equipped with durable aluminum threshold

• Windows PVC, 5-chamber profile, equipped with double-glazed window, for good sound and thermal insulation

Exterior finishes – balanced appearance, durable materials

The exterior design combines efficiency with aesthetics, by using durable materials:

• Roof with Retro Panel sheet – anthracite gray finish

• Facade clad with treated paneling, with the possibility of combinations of paneling + sheet for a modern visual style

The presented model – Qtm Original – has a built area of 53.5 sqm and is available both on a light metal structure and on a wooden structure with SIP panels.
