The Qtm Ultra model is a modular dwelling built on the basis of an advanced construction system, made of structural thermal insulation panels SIP with a total thickness of 17.4 cm, which include a core of EPS80 polystyrene of 15 cm and OSB boards on both sides. This system offers high thermal insulation performance, an increased degree of rigidity, and excellent airtightness, reducing maintenance costs and ensuring interior comfort throughout the year.

The supporting structure is made of certified construction wood, treated with special agents for fire, mold, fungi, and pest resistance. The SIP panels are installed using dedicated accessories (screws, polyurethane adhesive foam), ensuring stability and durability over time.

Standard dimensions of SIP panels used:
• Length: 2500–2800 mm ±3 mm
• Width: 650–1250 mm ±3 mm
• Thickness: 174 mm ±2 mm

Roof – integrated protection and modern design

The roof of the Qtm Ultra model is constructed from 17.4 cm SIP panels, identical to those used for the walls, having a completely hidden wood structure inside. The system is fully equipped with:

• anti-condensation foil,

• support battens,

• Retro Panel type sheet, anthracite gray color, including all necessary accessories for a complete and durable installation.

The adopted solution offers excellent protection against moisture, as well as a remarkable architectural appearance.

PVC joinery – efficiency and reliability

• The access door is made of PVC with double-glazed window, 5-chamber profile, durable aluminum threshold

• Windows made of PVC, 5-chamber profile, with high-quality double-glazed window, contributing to thermal and acoustic comfort

Exterior finishes – durability and style

The exterior facade combines modern design with quality materials:

• Retro Panel type sheet on the roof – anthracite gray finish

• exterior walls clad with siding, while certain sections combine sheet metal with siding for a contemporary visual effect
