The materials and equipment used in furnishing the apartments are diverse and imported. The Salamander PVC joinery in anthracite grey with triple-glazed 4-seasons low-E glass, the interior and exterior doors are custom-made in Greece by KTYRION SYSTEM, ceramic tiles, flooring, and wall tiles are sourced from Italy and Spain, and the apartments feature a Ferroli 24 kW condensing boiler, modern white ceramic sanitary ware, a metal anti-burglary entrance door with multiple safety systems, and balcony enclosures made of stainless steel and laminated, tempered smoky glass.

The foundation system of the entire project will be made of reinforced concrete, while the superstructure will consist of a reinforced concrete frame system (pillars and beams). The walls will be built using Ytong bricks, the best thermal and acoustic insulator, commonly used for partitioning, finished with mechanized plaster and special putties from well-known manufacturers.
The common areas of the residential complex are treated with the same attention to detail, featuring luxury finishes such as ceramic tiles, video intercom systems, and secured access with barriers. In addition, the exterior will be enhanced with landscaping, urban furniture, decorative vegetation, and ambient night lighting.
Located just a few minutes’ walk from the center of Popesti-Leordeni, Boutique 90 Residence enjoys an excellent position, offering fast access to all major areas of Bucharest.
